Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Description of Services

AirdropsVerse is an informational platform and tracking tool that helps users discover and manage their participation in potential cryptocurrency airdrops. Our Service is non-custodial. We are NOT a crypto wallet, exchange, broker, or financial advisor.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans: We offer a free plan ("Freemium") and paid subscription plans ("Pro") with additional features.
Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment will be charged to the payment method associated with your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions via your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the policies of the respective platform (Apple/Google).

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: The content and data provided within the App, including estimated airdrop values, are for informational purposes only. This information should not be construed as investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. We do not guarantee that participation in any airdrop will result in financial gain or that you will receive any airdrop at all.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AirdropsVerse, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Our Service provides links to third-party web sites or services for your convenience. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the security, content, or practices of these sites. You access any third-party links at your own risk.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AirdropsVerse and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via an in-app update.
